Eligibility
What counts
Link required: Your friend must sign up via your referral link. Direct sign-ups do not count.
Eligible loans: Home loans, bridging loans, and commercial property loans in Singapore.
6-month window: Loan must be fully disbursed within 6 months of your friend clicking the link.
Exclusions: Renovation loans, self-referrals, and loans that fall through before disbursement.

When exactly do I receive my $100?
Your $100 will be credited within 14 working days from the date your friend's loan is fully disbursed by the bank. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's processed.
What if my friend's loan takes longer than 6 months to close?
The loan must be disbursed within 6 months of your friend first clicking your referral link. If it takes longer, neither party will receive the reward. We recommend sharing with friends who are actively looking.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
None at all. There is no cap on the number of successful referrals or total earnings. Every friend who closes a loan through your link earns you $100.
What counts as a 'closed loan'?
A loan is considered closed when it has been fully disbursed by the bank. An In-Principle Approval (IPA) or signed Letter of Offer alone does not qualify.
My friend already has a Cashew account. Can I still refer them?
No. The referral programme is for new Cashew users only. If your friend already has an account, they won't be eligible regardless of whether they use your link.
How does my friend receive their $100?
Your friend's $100 cashback is paid via PayNow or bank transfer within 14 working days of disbursement. No vouchers, no credits, just cash.
